Description
Our distinct, rich, and bold whiskey is the pinnacle of American whiskey. Created from two-row barley grown and malted in the American Northwest, fermented with craft ale yeast for outstanding flavor, double pot distilled for exceptional character, and matured to perfection in new, heavily toasted, and lightly charred American Oak barrels. This whiskey boasts flavors of toasted nut, stone fruit, and toffee. Gold Medal, San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2018, 2020); Finalist, Ultimate Spirits Challenge (2018); 92 points, International Wine & Spirit Competition (2020).
