100% Nerello Mascalese sourced from estate vineyards in Randazzo and Castiglione di Sicilia. Marc seeks to make a wine that has the body of a white and the soul of a red. We think he has achieved this. The grapes are picked a little earlier with limited time on skins, the colour is pale and Nerello sapidity shines through in terms of character.
