Made with a blend of white grapes, mostly Carricante (70%) and Catarratto (20%) with the blend made up of Inzolia and Grecanico, mostly from estate vineyards in Castiglione di Sicilia, Randazzo, Biancavilla and Milo from vines ranging in age from 5 to 80 years.
