Poonawatta Tempus on Uva Cutis Cabernet - it's a bit of a mouthful, but what a wine to fill the mouth with. Latin for 'timeon skins', the wine spends 30 days on skins post ferment, resulting in pure deep fruit, soft tannins and wonderful complexity. Sourced from Neil Roesler's old vine Cabernet block with only 600 bottles made.
