Hailing from one of the most renowned Sake-producing regions in Japan, Kinmuku is a classic example of craft Sake brewing at its best. The brewers at Ishimoto Sake Brewery made full use of the unique qualities of Yamadanishiki rice by brewing it over a long period to fully extract the flavour of the rice itself. Best served warm, Kinmuku offers a faint ginjo aroma of flowers and light fruits, coupled with a profound and delicate flavour.
