Description

Ca’ Di Mat, “crazy house” in Piedmont was set up by the couple Paolo Armando and Victoria Serrano with the help of Curro Bareño and Jesús Olivares in the Madrid town of San Martín de Valdeiglesias. Their wines are made with minimal intervention and the local granite soil gives their wines an elegance and delicacy that is increasingly appreciated around the world. 

This wine stands out for its manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation. It has a bright, low ruby color with a fruity aromatic intensity on the nose. On the palate, its voluptuous entry reveals red fruits and a delicious persistence. A wine with depth, mineral character and a touch of herbal and floral elegance.
