Description

An oenologist by training, Mee Godard realized her dream by taking over the plots of an old winemaker (André Meyran) without heirs in 2012. Mee Godard is a one woman show that prunes, farms, and runs a precise cellar. 

One of Beaujolais' quickest ascending stars, Mee is a perfectionist vigneronne whose wines possess real depth and impressive structure. A mostly whole-cluster approach and patient elevage in neutral wood are the norm here. Corcelette is perhaps her most perfumey and irresistible bottling, with red forest berries laced with touches of spice and freshly turned earth.
