Description
Everything begins with an infusion of 37 carefully selected extracts from roots, leaves, flowers, seeds, and fruits, macerated in alcohol for at least two months. The blend includes familiar aromas like vanilla, cloves, gentian, and rhubarb, alongside rarer botanicals such as sandalwood, cardamom, calamus, and mace. But not all secrets are revealed… some remain a mystery!
At the heart of this aromatized wine is quinine, sourced from the bark of the Cinchona tree, using three distinct varieties: Calisaya, Soccimano, and Soccirubra. The infusion is then expertly blended with sugar, alcohol, and wine.
In the White Borgogno, crafted from Cortese wine, vibrant citrus notes of orange, lemon, and grapefruit take center stage. Perfect as an aperitif, a refreshing drink, or a versatile base for cocktails.
