Immediately after opening, the wine offers aromas of citrus and ginger. Over time, aromas of ripe peach emerge. The acidity and sweetness spread like a candy melting in your mouth.
Start at a slightly lower temperature, around 12-14°C, and slowly raise the temperature to enjoy the changing aromas.  This wine features a full, rounded flavour.
