Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon is handcrafted and specially selected by our Master Distillers. A five-time winner of “Whiskey of the Year,” it’s our most premium and decorated Bourbon that measures up to exacting standards. 

Since 1983, the master distiller for Heaven Hill has chosen select barrels for this single barrel series. Each bottle is dated with the vintage date of when the bourbon was distilled along with the year it was bottled. Additionally, each bottle bares a serial number of the barrel from which it was drawn.

Tasting notes

"Amber color. Aromas and flavors of fresh sweet corn dunked in drawn butter, candied orange, vanilla cream cheese with cocoa powder and coconut shavings, and strawberry shortcake with a round, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, engaging, long finish that exhibits suggestions of caramelized corn bread, german chocolate cake, and cracked pepper. Appearance: Delicate amber gold.

Nose: Dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood.

Palate: Lush and spicy. Oak with honey, apple, and orange notes.

Finish: Long, graceful, and relaxed.
