A rich and complex extension of our premium rum line. Named VO, “Very Old,” this Rum is a distinctive blend of two of the earliest molasses batches, both double-distilled. Aged in wet Heaven Hill ex-bourbon barrels, and complemented by three years in the tropical heat of Queensland, this combination artfully extracts deep, complex flavours.

A limited edition run of 600 bottles only.

Double distilled. Aged for a minimum of three years in wet ex-Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

Free from added sugar, flavours or colours.

Tasting notes

Aroma of toasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate, along with hints of acacia flower and ginger, culminating in a rich butterscotch finish on the palate.
