Description
A powerful bourbon from the Jim Beam distillery. Booker's is named after the distillery's sixth-generation master distillery, Booker Noe. Casks for Booker's whiskey are drawn from the centre of the rackhouses, a noted sweet spot for temperature and humidity, and bottled without added water and only a light screening for filtration to remove large cask sediment, making for a wholly unadulterated bourbon.
Each batch varies in age, with batch 2024-01E bottled after 7 years, 1 month and 12 days of maturation. Sweet vanilla leads on the nose and palate, followed by charred oak, caramel and brown sugar.
