Jim Barry Assyrtiko 2018 has citrus blossom and Meyer lemon aromas combined with honeydew melon and baking spice. The palate is textured and well-weighted with great concentration. Lemon and melon flavours with a hint of flint and a saline edge. Crisp acidity, finishing with a fine talc-like finish.
