Description
The rosato is kind of a guava juice colour maybe, and a little bit cloudy. So imagine that. Ooh I like this. It’s powdery and tastes like blood orange/pink grapefruit with a little bitter edge and an aniseed perfume. A little tang, a touch of sweet fruit, and a nice long dusty finish. A bit natty. Very good to drink. Gary Walsh - The Wine Front
This wine is a vibrant expression of the region, opening with aromas of red cherry, redcurrant, and orange peel, layered with a whisper of earthy dustiness. The palate brings a fine chalky texture and blood orange zest, mingling with juicy red cherry, spice, and a lovely grip of peppery tannin. The acidity is bright and refreshing, carrying through to a long, crunchy finish. Utterly charming — a wine with character and finesse.
