Under the careful hand of Emmanuel "Manu" Fellot, who took the reins in 1991, the organically certified vineyards thrive according to the principles of agroecology, celebrating biodiversity and natural balance.

The 2023 Vieilles Vignes is a pure expression of place and tradition — irresistibly juicy and moreish, with a beautifully judged touch of carbonic maceration that lifts the wine’s aromatic vibrancy without overpowering it.
