Description

Nebbiolo is proudly grown by the Corsini family in the Upper King Valley (320m.) The fruit was pneumatically pressed, settled and fermented and aged in neutral puncheons. No malo. It was bottled under Stelvin after 9-months.

Pale salmon orange tinged colour. Gentle peach and strawberry aromas intermingle with hints of blood orange and wet stone. Slippery textured upon entry with blood orange, peach and strawberry fruits energised by brisk acidity. Stony mineral elements linger through the dry savoury finish.
