Eye of the partridge in colour. Pear and a little citrus, a slight but pleasant herbal bite to it, a light powdery/chalky texture, crisp acidity and a finish of good length, with some pink grapefruit, pepper and a slight grassiness to close. Good wine. Fresh and enjoyable.” - Gary Walsh
