Pink grapefruit, aniseed, watermelon granita, redcurrant, some dried herbs. It’s crisp and fresh, a slight liquorice flavour adds an extra dimension, dry and crunchy, some fine white pepper grip, peach iced tea, and a finish that’s kind of savoury, but also lively with a sweet citrus punch. Lots of energy, with a little bit of pizzazz. Yum. Love this. Recommended.
