Description
Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon stands out with its unique blend of roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye, and malted barley, creating a flavor profile that's distinctly Texan. Interestingly, the distillery uses a 500-gallon copper pot still named "Tate," which was hand-built in Scotland and is one of the first of its kind used for bourbon production in the United States since Prohibition.
Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon stands out with its bold, rich flavor profile that captures the essence of the Lone Star State. This 100% Texas-made bourbon is crafted using a traditional pot still method and a unique mash bill that includes Texas-grown blue corn, imparting distinctive sweet and nutty notes that set it apart from other bourbons on the market.
