Brimstone is smoked with sunbaked Texas scrub oak using our own secret process. This makes for a rich, distinctive whisky, full of character and fresh, youthful corn and light fruit notes married with a bold smokiness.
Our proprietary process—alongside our extended fermentation, dedication to double-batch copper pot still distillation, meticulous blending process and diligent attention to detail at every step—has led to this celebrated whisky.
Tasting notes
Nose: Brimstone showcases confectioners' sugar, corn husk, BBQ pit, stone fruit and graham crackers.
Palate: There is rich candied smoke, English pipe tobacco, orange marmalade, sweet tea and chili peppers. The experience ends with a long dry finish, with herbal notes dissipating as the smoke returns
