Description

Christos Zafeirakis continues with a deeper expression of Limniona. Sourced from organic vineyards in Tyrnavos, at the foothills of Mount Olympus, this wine is fermented and aged in amphorae, on skins, for 18 months by indigenous yeasts.

The Terra Cotta is savoury and detailed, with dark cherry, pomegranate, dried rose, and a whisper of spice. Silky tannins and lifted acidity frame the wine beautifully, with amphora ageing lending both restraint and texture.
