A light and fresh unpasteurized Sake featuring pear notes from Yoshinogawa. Yoshinogawa is one of the oldest Sake brewers in Japan, and the oldest in the Niigata Prefecture.

"Hiya Nama" is made with a deep, authentic unpasteurized sake. You can enjoy the fresh, refreshing aroma and invigorating taste."

This is a very fresh, light, and elegant style of Sake. It shows fruity notes of pear, lychee, and passionfruit aromas.

The mouth-feel is warm with layers of flavour and its finish is long and dry.
