Yarra Yering is an iconic, historic winery in Australia's Yarra Valley, established in 1969 by Dr. Bailey Carrodus, known for producing distinctive, age-worthy, dry-grown wines with elegance and complexity.

This is 100% chardonnay, whole-bunch pressed and sent to old oak for fermentation. Left for one year before secondary fermentation in the bottle and five years' bottle ageing on lees before disgorgement. A bright yellow–green.
