A harmonious rosé Champagne, with sleek acidity creating a mouthwatering frame for the focused range of ripe black cherry, blood orange granita, ground ginger and lime blossom flavours. Shows good concentration as the flavours expand on the palate, but this is racy, with good drive and energy through to the lingering finish, where hints of chopped almond and minerally saline and chalk emerge.
