Apostolos Thymiopoulos is undoubtedly the rising star of Naoussa, celebrated for his deep commitment to Xinomavro—the region’s emblematic grape. ‘Alta’ is sourced exclusively from the high-altitude vineyards of Fytia, where cooler conditions lend lift and finesse. The result is an ethereal, aromatic Xinomavro.
