Rich and spicy with plummy undertones, this wine is an equal blend of Shiraz and Malbec. The Shiraz underwent extended maceration for 55 days, with gentle hand plunging before basket pressing. Left unfined and unfiltered, it is vegan friendly and naturally expressive. With just 580 bottles produced, it sits at 14.5% alcohol, with minimal sulphites added.
