Description

A full-bodied, dry red crafted from a handpicked field blend of 80% Mataro and 20% Graciano field blend. Wild fermented over two weeks and held on skins for 114 days before basket pressing, the wine was then matured in French oak for six months. Left unfiltered and unfined. Vegan friendly, with just 380 bottles produced, with minimal sulphites added.
