Description

The nose is quiet here but reveals whiffs of honeycomb, saffron and lemon peel with aeration. This is an invigorating and sprightly sip anchored by firm acidity and pert lemon and grapefruit flavors. The finish is piercing and steely. It's a wine that still has yet to express fully. Open from 2022 and enjoy well through 2035.
