This unique shaped frosted glass bottle is long time popular product from one of the biggest sake brewery in Akita, Ranman Shuzo. (It has been produced for over 75 years.) Special selected Ginjo made from 45% milled Miyamanishiki (One of the best sake rice in Japan.) At the first, there is a nice amount of Ginjo fragrance reminding you a ripe melon or cucumber. It has a light & delicate flavour with a couple layers of sweetness & richness finishing long dry tail. It is a very reasonable price for this high quality sake. Good food matching with light flavoured dishes such as white fish sashimi or
vegetable tempura.
