Pierre Gimonnet is a highly respected, family-owned Champagne house in the Côte des Blancs, famous for pure, mineral-driven Blanc de Blancs from old vines, focusing on terroir expression with crisp, chalky notes and citrus, known for exceptional value and aging potential, currently run by brothers Olivier and Didier Gimonnet, upholding their family's legacy since the 1930s.
There's a subtle succulence to this graceful Champagne, framing flavors of peach skin, ripe pear, Marcona almond and orchard blossoms. The fine, detailed mousse is raw silk–like in texture. Finishes with minerally fleur de sel and oyster shell notes.
