Description
Pascal Robin is a dedicated vigneron working from his Quenne cellar west of Chablis, crafting authentic wines with biodynamic principles and a light, respectful vinification. Grapes are sourced across the region, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged 10–18 months on lees in a combination of stainless steel and old oak.
The Fourchaume Premier Cru, on the right bank of the Serein opposite La Chapelle, benefits from a sunny West/South-West exposure and clay-rich soils, producing Chablis of remarkable intensity and complexity. Fermented entirely in old neutral oak, this wine showcases depth, minerality, and precision, making it a perfect match for a wide range of cuisine.
