From the left bank of the Serein, Vaillons is known for producing Chablis with elegance and lift. Garnier & Fils capture this character with restrained winemaking that showcases Chardonnay’s purity and the limestone terroir. Established in 1996 by brothers Xavier and Jérôme Garnier, the domaine is recognised for crafting authentic, site-expressive Chablis using sustainable practices and traditional methods.


The 2022 has bright citrus and white peach aromas with floral hints and a fine mineral edge. The palate is vibrant yet refined, carrying chalky freshness and a long, graceful finish.
