Description

The majority of the blend is White Grenache, with around 10% coming from varieties such as Viura and Airen. The grapes are sourced primarily from Tarragona (DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant), as well as from the Penedes (Barcelona) area and La Mancha (Castilla La Mancha). There are 19 botanical components with standout ingredients including vanilla, orange peel, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, fennel, and sage. The barrels used for aging are 20% American oak and 80% French oak, typically around 15 years old with a medium roast.
