Clase Azul Tequila Añejo is a tribute to its own making, embodying journey from agave to tequila that takes years. This deep copper spirit with intense golden highlights has a full body. Aged for over two years in American whiskey casks, it offers an intense aroma of oak with notes of orange marmalade, apple preserves, roasted hazelnut, cardamom, and clove. The palate features candied orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper, culminating in a long and silky finish of toasted and spiced notes. It pairs excellently with camembert cheese, guava, and bittersweet or dark chocolate.
