It’s all whole bunch and from a vineyard located on the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale boundary line. Syrah. Peppery spice, new leather, tar and char, game meat, undergrowth, dark berries and dark chocolate rolling around in this wine. Super savoury, very appealing, glossy then guttural and the roll of meat, mushroom, earth and dark fruit is sumptuous and Autumnal. It’s a unique wine, deep, brooding. One to sit on and contemplate.
