Ripper. Gorgeous. A sumptuous lake of flavour. Nutty, berried, violetty, smeared with chocolate, brushed with cloves, darted with graphite. It’s a mouthful of ripe, sweet, Barosssa Valley goodness. The vines are pruned by hand, shoot and bunch thinning also by hand. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted, 1265 bottles made.
