Description

Honey, pear, white fleshed fruit, spice and mineral. Medium bodied, oxidiative fleshy style with baked apple and cinnamon, nuts and honey coated almonds, rugged texture and even just-right acidity – not fierce – but giving shape along with the phenolics.
