Tasting note: Light ruby color. The raspberry, cherry and strawberry-suffused nose has a mildly candied aspect to it. More interesting are the succulent and vibrant middle weight flavors that possess a caressing mouth feel before terminating in a nicely intense finish that is dry in the best sense. While this could be enjoyed young, I would suggest holding it for 2 to 3 years to allow the supporting tannins to round out.
