Description

Premier Cru Crausot is the southernmost parcel of the AOC Givry. From a plot of 92 ares facing south at 276 meters where limestone largely dominates.

The color is a garnet haloed with brilliant and luminous reflections. The bouquet is intense and exudes a scent of blackberries and cassis with light woody notes. Complex aromas on the palate, they evolve on gourmet flavors of blueberries, prunes and ripe cherries. The structure is solid and the tannins are silky.
