Description

Biancofiore is a wine produced by the Colleformica winery in the Velletri area. It comes from yellow Trebbiano and Malvasia  grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with direct pressing, 7 months of aging in fiberglass until bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide, no filtering or clarification.
