Spicy ginger and cinnamon oak, teddy bear biscuits, juicy drizzling-down-the-chin pear, chewy almost chalky texture, a showtime style, if you like, but tight too, with grapefruit zip and tang, and huge length of toast, hazelnut and staring-at-the-sun Chardonnay power.
