Brown Brothers 'Patricia' Chardonnay
67/33% Hazards/Kayena vineyards. Matured in French oak barrels (29% new). The word refined comes to mind with Patricia. Everything is in its place – the result, one presumes, of diligent, thoughtful winemaking. Superfine flavours built around nectarine, citrus, patisserie, biscuit and a surge of tangy acidity.
