In the mouth, a precision, a depth, a radiance that makes you want to resume endlessly. Beautiful body hold, this racy wine reveals superb liveliness. A touch on the palate with notes of velvet. Les Saintes Claires, from a hilltop vineyard of shallow calcareous soil, 90% whole bunches, painfully low yields, and all second-fill barrels.
