Shy Susan Pinot Noir
Dr Andrew Pirie’s work realised in a gold labelled bottle. From meticulous viticulture and a singular vision.
It’s a lavish pinot noir, all seductive, sweet-fruited, fresh in acidity, showered with light, feathery tannins. A showy, sleek, flavoursome wine of freshness and vitality, very pretty and pure fruit character, barely there oak seasoning as the most judicious touch. It’s a great drink here, particularly if you like pinot with a little assertion in its presence but lightness on its feet. It’s really well done. No hair out of place. 94 Points - Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
