The Köfererhof 2018 Alto Adige Valle Isarco Riesling is a measured and contained expression of the German grape that is beloved in this part of Northern Italy. The bouquet reveals tropical fruit and preserved lemon, with distant hints of jet fuel or petroleum. However, those fruity primary tones really do take center stage.
