Formerly known as the cuvée Naturessence, when it contained Bouzy Pinot Noir, Lahaye's NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs is vinified and disgorged without added sulfites. Bursting with aromas of crisp orchard fruit, confit citrus and pastry cream, framed by a subtle patina of oak, it's medium to full-bodied, with evident old-vine concentration, crisp acids and a delicate mousse, concluding with a chalky finish. 93 Points -Robert Parker
